XO CAPE ARNNA HOTEL
XO Cape Arnna is a comprehensive and immersive architectural journey in which I have been personally involved from conceptual design to final on-site detailing. Initially inspired by the natural, free-spirited ambiance of Tulum, the project evolved into a Mediterranean narrative with references to the Luwian civilization and Italian aesthetics.
The main pedestrian axis was paved with 60x120 natural stones in a diagonal pattern, creating a feeling of wandering through a timeless Mediterranean village. The project includes the design of bars, restaurants, transparent pools, amphitheater, artificial waterfalls, sunken seating areas, coastal facilities, children's club, aquapark, aromatic gardens, greenhouses, lighting concepts, parking, and all general circulation zones.
Planting design was based on local flora, with rooftop garden species selected through on-site testing a year in advance to ensure sustainability and durability. Accessibility was a key principle, with ramp slopes, anti-slip surfaces, and width standards carefully calculated.
XO Cape Arnna is more than a landscape project; it is a living design manifesto shaped by real data, on-site application, and user-centered thinking.
