Hurghada’nın çöl ikliminde tasarlanan Serenity Makadi Heights projesi, tematik açık alanları ve özgün konseptleriyle dikkat çeken kapsamlı bir peyzaj tasarımı çalışmasıdır. Proje kapsamında aquapark “Masal Kalesi”, çocuk kulübü “Candyland”, tematik meydan “Dinozor” ve ticari alan “Yerel Çarşı” gibi kullanıcıyı içine çeken kurgu ve mekanlar geliştirilmiştir.
Located in the desert climate of Hurghada, Serenity Makadi Heights is a large-scale landscape design project distinguished by its original themes and spatial diversity. The concept integrates iconic features such as the “Fairy Tale Castle” aquapark, “Candyland” kids’ club, “Dinosaur” themed square, and the “Local Bazaar” shopping street.
Tesis genelinde, lunapark alanı, tembel nehir, sakin yüzme havuzu ve dinlenme alanları ile zenginleştirilmiş bir açık alan organizasyonu sunulmuştur. Çöl topografyasına uyum sağlayan yerel bitki türlerinin kullanımı, hem sürdürülebilirlik hem de görsel uyum açısından projeye değer katmıştır.
The open space organization includes a funfair, lazy river, and tranquil swimming pool surrounded by sunbathing and relaxation zones. The use of native desert plants not only ensures ecological compatibility but also enhances the visual identity of the hotel grounds.
Peyzaj tasarımı yalnızca işlevsel değil, aynı zamanda kullanıcı deneyimini ön planda tutan bir kurgu ile ele alınmış; SPA ve disco gibi özel alanlara ait konsept projelerle tesisin sosyal yaşantısı desteklenmiştir.
This design goes beyond functionality, creating immersive guest experiences through carefully planned elements, including specialized concept designs for the on-site spa and disco areas, contributing to the vibrant social life of the resort.
