LE CHATEAU DE PRESTIGE
The landscape design of Le Chateau de Prestige Hotel in Göynük, Antalya, was developed to emphasize the castle-themed architectural character of the resort. A wide, elongated water feature was created in front of the hotel mass, which extensively covers the northern and western parts of the site, providing a striking foreground visible along the central guest circulation axis.
The main pedestrian route originating from the hotel lobby is connected to the pool area via wooden bridges, and guests can descend to the different pool levels through carefully designed wooden ramps and bridges. These elements not only establish functional transitions but also reinforce the thematic identity of the castle concept.
The rich greenery, planned with plant species suited to the Mediterranean climate, creates a refreshing microclimate and ensures year-round outdoor usability. The hardscape design defines the main pathways, guiding user movement and maintaining the coherence of the landscape.
As seen in the visuals, the islands within the water surface and the connecting wooden bridges offer guests an enriched spatial experience, both visually and acoustically, enhancing the overall recreational quality of the outdoor environment.
