Fethiye’nin doğal güzellikleriyle çevrili sahilinde konumlanan XO Cape Arnna Hotel, kapılarını misafirlerine açtı. TTds tarafından dört yılı aşkın süredir yürütülen kapsamlı tasarım ve uygulama süreci, Akdeniz’in özgün doğasını çağdaş mimari ve peyzaj anlayışıyla buluşturarak tamamlandı.
Located along the scenic coast of Fethiye, surrounded by the region’s natural beauty, XO Cape Arnna Hotel has officially opened its doors to guests. The comprehensive design and implementation process, carried out by TTds over the past four years, merges the unique character of the Mediterranean with a contemporary approach to architecture and landscape design.
Otelin tüm yerleşimi ve peyzaj mimarisi, TTds ekibi tarafından detaylı bir şekilde kurgulandı. Zeytin ağaçlarıyla çevrelenen promenadlar, sahil boyunca konumlanan özgün yapılar, aromatik bahçeler, su öğeleri ve farklı kotlarda tasarlanan açık alan senaryoları; misafirlerine çok katmanlı bir mekânsal deneyim sunuyor.
The entire site plan and landscape architecture were meticulously crafted by the TTds team. Promenades lined with olive trees, unique coastal structures, aromatic gardens, water features, and open-space scenarios arranged on varying levels all come together to offer guests a multi-layered spatial experience.
XO Cape Arnna, yalnızca konaklama işleviyle değil, aynı zamanda bölgenin kültürel ve ekolojik değerlerini ön plana çıkaran yaklaşımıyla da öne çıkıyor. Luvi mirasından esinlenen akslar, Akdeniz estetiği ve çağdaş yaşam standartlarıyla harmanlanarak mekânsal bir bütünlük oluşturdu.
XO Cape Arnna stands out not only as a hospitality facility but also with its approach that highlights the cultural and ecological values of the region. Inspired by the legacy of the Luwians, the hotel’s spatial composition brings together Mediterranean aesthetics and contemporary living standards in a seamless unity.
Açılışıyla birlikte bölgenin turizm potansiyeline katkı sağlaması beklenen XO Cape Arnna Hotel, TTds’nin uluslararası ölçekte gerçekleştirdiği seçkin projeler arasında yerini aldı.
With its opening, XO Cape Arnna Hotel is expected to contribute significantly to the tourism potential of the region, and it now takes its place among TTds’s distinguished international projects.
Tasarım Yaklaşımı
Design Approach
Projenin en önemli hedefi, Akdeniz’in doğal karakterini ve Fethiye’nin topografyasını bozmadan, bu değerleri çağdaş yaşamla uyumlu hale getirmekti. TTds ekibi, sahil boyunca uzanan zeytin ağaçlı promenadlar, Luvi uygarlığından esinlenen doğrultular ve yerel malzemelerle kurulan yapılar aracılığıyla, otelin mekânsal kurgusuna hem tarihsel hem de ekolojik bir derinlik kazandırdı.
The primary goal of the project was to preserve the natural topography and character of the Mediterranean while harmonizing these values with the dynamics of modern living. The TTds team integrated spatial narratives inspired by Luwian civilization, olive tree promenades along the coast, and structures built using local materials to add historical and ecological depth to the hotel’s design.

Spatial Experience
Otel yerleşiminde her alan, kendi mikro deneyimini sunacak şekilde detaylandırıldı. Aromatik bahçeler, doğal taş yollar, batık oturma alanları, gölge sağlayan pergolalar ve su öğeleri; ziyaretçilerin gündelik yaşamla doğa arasında akıcı bir bağ kurmasını sağlıyor. Sahil yapıları ise fonksiyonel çeşitliliği ile öne çıkıyor: farklı yaş gruplarına hitap eden barlar, çok amaçlı teraslar ve sosyal odak noktaları, kullanıcıların farklı senaryolar içinde bir araya gelmesine imkân veriyor.
Every area within the hotel layout was detailed to offer a micro-experience of its own. Aromatic gardens, natural stone pathways, sunken seating areas, pergolas providing shade, and water features enable visitors to establish a fluid connection between daily life and nature. The coastal structures stand out with their functional diversity: bars catering to various age groups, multipurpose terraces, and social gathering zones provide flexible scenarios for interaction and leisure.
Peyzaj Kurgusu
Landscape Design
Peyzaj mimarisinde zeytin ağacı, Akdeniz kimliğini vurgulayan ana odak olarak konumlandırıldı. Aromatik türler ve yerel bitkilerle oluşturulan bahçeler, hem görsel hem de duyusal bir deneyim sunuyor. Sürdürülebilirlik odaklı bu yaklaşımda, su yönetimi, yerel flora ile uyumlu bitkilendirme ve ekolojik süreklilik öncelikli kriterler oldu.
The olive tree was positioned as the central element emphasizing the identity of the Mediterranean. Gardens composed of aromatic species and native plants offer both a visual and sensory experience. In this sustainability-oriented approach, priorities included water management, planting compatible with the local flora, and ensuring ecological continuity.
