Due to architectural density, structural landscape areas were effectively planned in open-air basement zones. Wide hardscape surfaces at the lobby level were balanced with green areas to enhance visual appeal and user comfort. The grass zones surrounded by wooden decking offered a calm and natural atmosphere.

The swimming pool was designed as a functional and cohesive unit—visually integrating the heated outdoor pool with the main pool through connecting bridges. In the SPA zone, open-air massage cabanas, water features, and specific planting compositions provided a peaceful and nature-integrated experience.

Thanks to strong collaboration with the investor, each design detail was carefully executed, resulting in a successful and satisfying project for all involved.
