NOVUM OTEL
Located in Side, Antalya, the Novum Hotel Project is a comprehensive landscape design effort that addresses the relationship between accommodation and outdoor space in an integrated manner. Covering an area of 22,739 m², the project includes functional and aesthetic solutions shaped around open space usage, water elements, and planting design.
The main pool and its surrounding areas were designed to support circulation and relaxation. Surrounding sunbathing areas are arranged with varying levels and orientations to enhance the outdoor experience. Swim-up pools, integrated into the architectural structure, offer private access directly from hotel rooms.
The aquapark area serves as an organized recreation zone suitable for both children and adults. Hardscape applications throughout the site were selected to support circulation and visual continuity. The planting design contributes to shading, texture, and spatial definition across the site.
