Nacreland is a multi-component master plan project located in Kuwait, integrating residential units with social and recreational amenities. The development emphasizes a contemporary lifestyle through its settlement layout, landscape design, and user-centric urban elements.
The residential scheme includes a variety of housing typologies, seamlessly integrated with public spaces. Strong spatial connections are established between buildings and outdoor areas, with walkways, resting zones, green corridors, and social hubs enhancing daily life for both residents and visitors.
At the heart of the design lie communal spaces supported by climate-adaptive planting, natural surface materials, and guided circulation flows, aiming to create a sustainable living environment that responds to regional needs.
